About Dorette

Dorette Nepomuceno is a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, registered with the ASCHP since 2023. She works with individuals seeking greater balance, clarity, and guidance during times of stress and major life transitions, supporting personal growth. Her approach is holistic and systems-based, supporting overall wellbeing beyond the absence of illness. Dorette understands that emotional health is deeply connected to lifestyle, relationships, and environment, and works collaboratively with clients to explore these interrelated aspects of life. Her practice is informed by the Six Dimensions of Wellness - emotional, occupational, physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual - allowing for the integration of counselling, lifestyle guidance, relationship support, and meaning-centred work.
